Definitely and like I said an annual start of school seminar for the students outlining what bullying is. The different ways of bullying and who they need to go to if it is happening.

I blame zero tolerance laws for fighting in the schools for all the bullying now. Bullies often just prey on people who won't fight back. Telling a teacher is garbage, because it just makes you look like a punk and will never stop anything.

I disagree wholeheartedly. Many teachers do a great deal to combat bullying, and it can be done without naming names. Empowering people to say no to all bullying is the answer. I will once again link an article which states bullying is not always done to the weaker students.

I got sick of it and punched one in the nose and no one pulled any of that on me ever again. It was the only thing that made it stop, but it stopped immediately. Same thing with my brother. I remember the principal got really mad when my dad took my brother out for pizza immediately after getting suspended for fighting back against a bully.

I don't agree with that but it could be different in other schools. It only took Shane threatening to go to the principle one time for one of the kids in his class to stop. I was very proud of him to do that, it took a lot of confidence which her lacks and tons of strength for him to do that. He only did it only after I kept after him to stand up for himself and not let the bullies get away with it.

My DH did the same thing, he had just had enough. He said he was bullied all through school too until his freshman year when he just lost it and kicked the s**t out of some kid who was one of the boys who had been bullying him for years. Kudos to him, I would much rather see a kid loos it and finally stand up for themselves even if that meant getting suspended that to hold it in for years on end and do the un thinkable !!!

I've told Shane to go bat s**t crazy on them and see what they think about that. That is would be worth getting suspended over.....of course he said NO !

Shane is such a lonely sole, very insecure and very immature. He walks around with his head hung low and his arms crossed. I've told him time and time again that that type of body language makes him a target that he need to walk with his shoulders back and his head held high. He just says I'm cray cray and call me stupid, that I don't no nothing.
