| Yes, we are going to get something. I don't know why ADT would not let us move our alarm to our house, they told us the same thing and then when the time came they have all kinds of reasons why they couldn't do it. I HATE paying for something I'm not even using! ARG, if you close (or move) you should be able to discontinue your service, plain & simple! No reason for a 3 year contract on an alarm system. But yes, we are looking into other systems for the house also. Something that hooks up to our cell phones or iPads too.

| I have a system that is monitored by Monitronics. We can arm the system using our iphones and it sends me text message reminders on the days that I forget to arm it. I love our system.

| YT 2000 Club Member | dog I am married to a retired cop. One thing do not leave your garage door open. People can see when you come and go. Dogs are great for deterring break-ins. Yeah Yorkies! Always lock up your home and windows when you leave to go somewhere. Break-ins are scary. If need be, leave a porch light on. |
