Says I have 192 miles, but I haven't sync'ed it in months, so I know I've got WAY more than that. I really need to get better at syncing it!

Love Love Love my Fitbit Flex!! I am down 9lbs since July 19th and I feel so much better. My knee has been bothering me from all the treadmill walking, so I picked up a knee brace/stabilizer this morning. If I keep on track I will reach my goal weight by Feb 17th according to the fitbit data. WHOO HOO!!

Me and fiancé just got fitbit zip and scale. Who wants to be my fit friend?? I am excited- wish I had it sooner while I was getting in shape for my wedding but I guess better late than never.

. Fitbit helped me track my morning walks too, apparently I walk the dogs for 1/2 a mile in the morning- I didn't think it was that far but it makes me feel good about how much exercise we are getting! I wish the dog one wasn't so expensive- I might get it for my chubby babies

You girls are all making me look BAD! LOL I have 724,000 steps but I've had my fitbit for over a year now. Half the time I forget to wear it, sometimes I don't sync it for months so I lose data. UGH! I have been trying to be better about it, but last week I forgot to wear it at least 2 days in a row, same with the week before!! I'll keep trying to get better!

I just got the fitbit flex about a week ago. I love it! How do you check your lifetime steps? I can't find that anywhere. I see each day, but I don;t see where it totals up the steps to date. I got my 10K step badge, but it seems you girls are killing me getting 30K a day! I'm sitting down in an office all day, but I've been talking little walks around the building when I can to increase my steps. I love the sleep tracking part of it too.
