| ![]() Had a DIY "oops" today & thought of this thread. I built recessed shelving in the hallway (above where ZoE's potty area is) to store her pee pads & grooming tools. It looks & works great! ![]() So, I thought I'd build recessed shelving in my bathroom, in an area that's boxed out around a pipe. Well, I sawed a big rectangle in the drywall, and then stood back to envision how it was going to look....and immediately regretted it. ![]() So, tomorrow I will be doing a bit of drywall repair and mudding all weekend as humidity is crazy here right now, so it will probably take a few days to dry between coats. Anyone else have DIY things not quite turn out as you'd envisioned?
