I have very long hair...and have been every color there is, I rocked highlights, frosting, black, brown, blond...done it all...strange thing is the color I have now....Dark burgundy...hand mixed by me...I get compliments all the time, I mean all the time, perfect strangers men and women compliment me...quite frankly I've thought of changing it because of that...but I won't cuz through all the colors I've tried this is the one I LOVE....you will find the color you like most, but I definitely think you should stick to the reds, you wear it well!!

I think it looks fabulous! I think you have the perfect skin tone for a red like that, I love it (I'm a hair colorist btw) Is it as intense at the bottom as the top, or is the bottom a teeny bit less red? If it is, you can use an extremely intense red for the ends, because the ends will always accept less warmth (read: less red) than the roots. I hope you don't mind my hints, my brain never stops thinking color

hehe everyone is in shock or not recognizing who i am .... my top was blonde and the bottom was brown.....i have gray that grows in and i am trying to find a nice color that is not to dark or light..the blonde just washed out my skin tone. thank you very much. ps if you have brown locks you would only get a red hugh not the full on bright color you see on my top, you would have to ligthten ur dark brown first.

in boston no less!! how awesome. i have my license in mass just do not use it anymore. thank you for the tips it was brown on the bottom so it is less intense...from the middle down. i have all gray at the roots now so i can maintain the vibrant red i think a bit better. i find it very difficult to trim ones own hair though...i do it but its not easy and thankfully my hair is curly because you dont have to be so even. i know if i could find a stylist who knew how to cut my curly hair correctly i would love her for life!!!
