| I've been reading some really disturbing reviews about the quality, as well as their customer service. To be fair, they have a lot of compliments as well. I wanted to hear the real deal from yt.

| My neighbor has one, it's been in use for quite a few years and I've never heard him complain about it. The only issue that worries me is it has to be retracted before a storm, and sometimes we get gusts of wind before we even know a storm is coming. But as I said, his is still doing fine! If I see him I'll get more details for you!

| Thanks for the info!! You know, it's funny because in their product info section, it states that they can withstand up to 75 mph gusts! We have a rep from Home Depot coming today, to check out other options.
