| Anyone live in the Bitterroot are of Montana? We have heard it's beautiful and we plan on vacationing there soon and just thought maybe we could get some ideas on what all we should see and do and what month would be best weather wise and not so crowded with tourists. We will be taking the coach so hopefully the RV parks will be nice. I think we will visit Missoula to check out the real estate.

| Be sure to go to the Glacier National Park while you are in that area. The time of year can be problematic - need to be sure the roads in Glacier are open when you go. What is it in the Missoula area that interests you? I have lived in Deer Lodge, Bozeman, billings, kalispell, Livingston - well I've got family in every corner of Montana. I think there is a YT member from MT.

| Hi, I grew up in Missoula. And Bozeman for a while. My husband still has a fair amount of family there with his mom and brother in the bitterroot valley. You were told correctly, it is quite beautiful. Glacier park is a must see. Around the Missoula area there are quite a few breweries if you are into that sort of thing. If you are a football fan and there in the fall, the Montana grizzlies of Missoula are very fun to watch. Rabid fans! There is all kinds of shopping and all kinds of places to eat. Just driving around looking at the scenery is always fun and enjoyable. Have fun, it is quite beautiful!. |
