Hi Sarah!! I never even realized you were a newbie that I didn't know much about...you're another one of those new members who post a lot so it seems like you've always been around! Lol :)

I'm Carmen! Luma is my 1 yr old little girl. I studied to be an elementary school music teacher but have been on a break. Music was my life and still is, but being in such a conservative, challenging university it really took the fun out of it for me. I was on multiple scholarships and had to maintain a very, very strict GPA which I did not manage to do. SO! In the meantime I am working a LOT....I have two jobs, I work ina restaurant and I'm exploring my second big passion in life, working with animals. I'm an animal care technician at a humane society and taking classes part-time for a vet tech degree.

Besides that....I am a very mothering person. Always the mother hen of my group of friends, my coworkers, my siblings, even my bf of almost 5 years! (5 yrs in May!!!) I'm working on that ;) I want lots of kids in the future and have been searching and searching for a 2nd yorkie pup.

I love zumba, hiking, geocaching, traveling, and would love LOVE to learn to sew and knit.

Ps I am obsessed with Russian literature and culture....if I could go anywhere in the world it wouldn't be Paris or Italy.. it'd be Russia!!! :)

I had to stop doing weddings because #1 some people have some ugly nasty crappy tacky taste and dam-nit I just can bring myself to make your ugly tacky dreams come true #2 I DO NOT care how happy I have made you on your special day you DO NOT I repeat NOT have the right to hug much less touch me while topless or heck in just bra and kremlin grrrrrr #3 so help me if I would have had one more bride bitch me out because Mother Nature ruined her day and made the flowers clash with her bridesmaids I swear I might have snapped and been in prison for murder haha
But my dream was to work for Disney and do Disney weddings :p

BWAAAHHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!! I hear you there! The choices some people make, UFF-DA! Bridezillas are terrible but I've met some absolutely horrible Momzillas! I got out of bridal when I had my first daughter and now only help out friends for fun. It makes me miss it, a little, but then I remember the nutjobs that would ruin my entire day and get over it. =)

I'm Jacqui and I have two yorkies and a Biewer.....what in the world was 'I' thinking?
Anyway I have three grown children, one girl 28 and two boys 24, and 22. The boys are in college/university.... one still at home, he goes to school in the city, Humber College. The youngest is at the University of Windsor, second year. He just informed me that he wants to be a Child Psychologist...yep 8 more years! My daughter is a nurse. Just when I thought I was there...dang it!
Engaged to a wonderful man, no date set really...playing with May/June, 2014...we shall see.
Um what else can I tell you...I'm a bus driver for the city, gurl I could tell you some stories!
Hobbies ....you can usually find me curled up by the fire with my babies and a trashy novel! Sorry I read nothing meaningful, just pure unadulterated trash! Would love to learn to sew, maybe knit, but patience is not my forte.

Ditto... The day I snapped and showed back up at a church with a can of spray paint flowers the RIGHT shade of pink was the day I knew I had to find a new career :p

My hobbies now are dog training and collecting, dressing and displaying big dolls, preferably dolls over 35" tall. I also still collect teddy bears. I have always worked training and correcting dog behaviors of troubled or rescue dogs and find them fascinating creatures, such fun to work with. I've always worked in the medical field(orthopedics) and once my hip surgery complications are better, hope to return to my last job for a Sports Medicine specialist on a part-time basis again. It was the kind of job that you walked in, got started and before you knew it, it was closing time - busy, busy, busy, interesting and fun. Never a dull moment there.

My knee charts would be a fun read for you then :p

Chad was going to major in Russian history. :) How funny. He almost died when we docked in St. Petersburg...what an amazingly interesting country, that's for sure!

My name is Kiearra and I am in college, this is my Jr year and I am so excited that I will be graduating next year. My major is Social Work and after next year I hope to get a job in CPS or Childrens Hospital. While working at one of these jobs I plan to go to school and recieve my masters. I have one child and thats my furbaby Honey lol. My hobbies are shopping and reading. They both seem to help me relaxe. Im an 20 years old and just like to enjoy life. I dont turn 21 until Aug but I am so ready.

My four children are all grown up, and I guess we had the empty nest syndrome. We (I) decided to get a yorkie. Her name is Trinket. She is 9 months old and brings a smile to everyone. I like to sew, read, crochet and take care of people.:p

I FAILED MISERABLY at starting my own Yorkshire terrier group, just as I am keeping up with my own thread LOL. The dachshunds are absolutely running this town (my town)!

My signs were removed from pet shop bulletin boards, my ads online are going unnoticed, and when I try and talk to people who own Yorkies at the dog park it almost seems impossible ... my dogs and I must come off as the most unfriendliest bunch because people seem to just run away!
