| Here just Northeast of Dallas we have a bit of snow still on the ground this morning! I notice Tibbe is staying clear of it when he can, walking on the grassy parts only. It is still cold and feels very Christmasy! Still can't believe we had snow on Christmas. It was so pretty looking out through the tree lights and seeing it snowing a good part of the day. We didn't really get enough to completely cover the yard but it still did snow most of the day at one rate or the other. But our ground was so warm that it had to snow a lot to get the little covering we did get. Thought I'd never see that here!

Thank God I have a plow guy, now if only he could get here earlier...wth? Anyways, I'm still home sick so no bother....supposedly theres another storm coming...I sure hope this winter is not trying to make up for the last few winters when we've had next to nothing...ugggghhhhhhhhh STOP THE SNOW, PLEASE!!!!

| About 8 inches here I think! Ride into work was HORRIBLE! Bumped a snow covered curb, thank god that was it. My car just kept sliding sideways as I was turning off the ramp onto the main road. Luckily it was only 9am and there was hardly anyone on the roads at that point.

| Well, I'm loving this colder weather and right now it is cloudy outside, cold. But I know, being the Metroplex, it will be nice and warmish again soon. I love variety in weather - brisk in fall, cool/cold in winter and warmer in the spring, hot in summer, with rain fairly often but not too much like in some rainy areas. I just have to have the differences of weather somehow. We lived in Houston for 3 years one time and we did have some cold spells but it was mostly too warm for my liking year around.

All the ground was covered. I was laughing so hard at my Luci she stepped off the covered patio and only about half of her body could be seen when she went to potty. I still have just a few spot's of it left, so it should be all gone by tomorrow.

| We got SNOW! During the night last night it must have snowed quite a bit.... Looks like 4-5 inches on the ground. My alarm clock was blinking when I woke up so the power must have been off for a bit, too. But of course, I donned my boots this morning and HAD to go outside in my bathrobe just to take a good look. It is so beautiful! It covered the trees perfectly and it just shimmers! Looks like it will be stopping here in a couple of hours, so I am here by the window taking it all in. (it is really nice to have snow when you don't have to go anywhere.... )
