| I have been using proactiv for about a month now and it is drying my skin our horribbly and leaving read flaky patches. So not using the repair lotion every day helps? I'll have to try that, because I tried using a different moistuizer with the system and my skin got bad. Has anyone tried the moisturizer from proactiv?? I would like to hear opinions about that because I was thinking about ordering it. |

| yep you should deffinetly cut back. maybe twice a week. you have to elimiate which one is drying out your face for me it was the repair system... but i only use it every other day now. or twice a week. Your the only one that can tell what will work for you. I did have a bad reaction the the oil blocker I can 't rember what it was called. But my face swelled up with that. What i did was test each one out seporatly each day to find out which one swelled my face up. process of elimination. I have not tried the mositizer. I just use coco butter. |

Me too! A friend of mine recommended clearasil icy somethin( forgot the name!). It felt so refreshing the first two days but it irritated my skin after that. I was walking around like I had a red mustache. | |

| The dermatologists who created Proactiv have created a new line called Rodan & Fields that is geared more towards adults and the issues that they face (blemishes, wrinkes, and uneven tone). I started using the products called Reverse and love them. (it is not as harsh and drying as proactiv). |
