| OMG......I am speechless......thank God it came out the way it did, and the final note in this is one of thrilled happiness! I wonder why someone, soe group....HEY PETA!!! HEY HSUSA!!!......HEY GIRLSCOUTS!!!........get a bill passed that makes it LAW that once notified of a lost pet, vets and groomers have to scan these dogs!!! New patients into a vet office or rescue MUST all be scanned!!! We spend tyhe money and time to get the microchips inserted, and then scanning is done on a maybe/maybe not/ no not ever hit and miss attitude from vets and groomers and boarding facilities, pounds and shelters.....unless all animal care facilities scan new clients or new admissions or dogs they are not familiar with, then thing like this happen....I am sure there are many, many dogs that are microchipped, that never get scanned and someone just "keeps the stray" rat5her than trying to find the owner.Microchipping is minimally effective unless every facility is required to scan the dog! THAT IS A LAW THAT NEEDS TO BE PASSED!!! |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I am so happy to hear that Laey was found. I cant imagine the twists and turns you and your family had gone though. I pulled my kitties a little closer. I shed a tear for the little one that no one claimed. Hugs to all |

| A happy ending to what seemed to be one of the saddest moments for yorkie parents.
