| I am SOOO mad My husband messed with our computer, and it crashed. I am so mad. I lost all my pictures of my daughter I had on there and anything else. I am hoping that anyone I emailed pictures to still has them. I am fuming. I won't even talk to him right now. We got the computer back up and running, but no pics or anything. ARGGHHHH. |

| Same thing happened to our computer a few months back only ours just crashed out of the blue. We sent it to a computer person that fixed it and was able to find my pictures. Perhaps they might be on your hard drive somewhere? Maybe talk to an expert in computers and maybe they would able to "locate" them on your computer. I really know nothing about them but that is what happened to us. We also now have norton antivirus and some ad-aware program. Computer acts great now. Since then, when I load pictures on the computer, I burn a cd of them right then and there so I always have my backup. I have started a computer cd photo album to store them in. So sorry you lost your photos. Suzanne |

| Yeah, that is what I need to do, burn CDs. My husband works with a few computer savvy folks, maybe they can help. Wish me luck. For the time being, everyone I know is re-emailing me any pics I sent. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | They should be on your hard drive. Best Buy can retrieve but it's not cheap or guaranteed what they can save. Maybe someone at your husbands work can give you advice.

| Can you do this? If you use Windows you can click on "Start" on your desktop and go into "Help and support". In there you have the option for "System Recovery" where you can go back in time say a day or two and it helps you restore your settings, bookmarks, pictures, files... without losing your recent work, saved documents, e-mails... I had to do this a little while ago as I lost all my Mozilla bookmarks when I went to a site to view a picture. I was worried that if I did the system recovery I would lose all my pictures I just loaded on my computer but everything was fine and I was able to get my bookmarks back. It was a lifesaver. All the best. |

| I know those pics meant the world to you, but it was an honest mistake. If you use aol, or yahoo you can get the email you sent...check your yahoo sent mail...However, aol have an extensive way they help you recover lost files....Just call them... Remember, he didn't do it on purpose!
