Yes!!! You can do it! The ecig is the way to go for times when you have the urg in my opinion. I quit after a series of events 1)We bought a house on short sale from a couple that smoked inside the house and it was terrible trying to get the smell out. 2) I had a rough cleaning at the dentist. 3) I met a woman who had smoked all her life and was very sick.

I believe you CAN do it! Try doing some yoga for stress relief. Good luck!

I order the "juice" for my cartomizers....it is the same "brand" of cartomizer that I had ordered...thought it would be cheaper to fill them....It's HORRIBLE! it kinda taste like a chemical! I am sending it back and just having them replace it with the cartomizers....

Good luck everyone! It is such a hard thing to do, but can be done, even if you have to quit over and over again. To me, it was like getting rid of a huge ball and chain.

I use the cartomizers but the first ones I bought I didnt like the taste of so buy a few and then if you like it buy more

this is what I did...I bought 2 different brands and 2 different milligrams. I found the 24 mg to help out the best...I can do the 18 mg but I need the extra little umph...It was the juice that you fill them with that was horrible...I am sending it back...I wonder if you can use different cartomizers on them..like interchange them. like using a krave cartomizer on the vapor4life battery?
