| Swamp coolers aren't usually that much trouble. However, this one proves me wrong. It's old. I think they used it on the ark. It might be time to explore the idea of getting a new one. In the past years, I've only noticed a maximum $30 hike in my power bill. My last house had central ac and I'd always reap the $150+ increase in the summer time. Of course, this one hasn't cost me a dime in power. That concept is only appealing if you forget the fact that it's down more than it's up.
