YT 1000 Club Member | This is a tough one and I do not envy the court having to make a decision who should have legal rights to Knux. I hope both "parents" truly love this handsome boy and are not using him as a pawn for revenge against each other. Man spends $60,000 in custody fight for Knuckles the dog - TODAY Pets & Animals - TODAY.com

| She says it wasnt his dog....I dont see it being HER dog either....he is joint custody...they BOTH shared in the vet bills, etc, ACCORDING TO HER. Come up with proof of that, then work a joint custody agreement...if it is like HE claims, he paid for him, he was his caregiver, he paid vet bills, etc., he gets his dog back. They are not married, so there is no community property issue....if New York even recognizes community property....And, as usual, the poor little dog is caught in the middle..... |

| Definitely an interesting situation... Good thing DH knows that if we were to ever split, the pups are mine. I cannot imagine having to fight for them
