She says it wasnt his dog....I dont see it being HER dog either....he is joint custody...they BOTH shared in the vet bills, etc, ACCORDING TO HER.  Come up with proof of that, then work a joint custody agreement...if it is like HE claims, he paid for him, he was his caregiver, he paid vet bills, etc.,  he gets his dog back.  They are not married, so there is no community property issue....if New York even recognizes community property....And, as usual, the poor little dog is caught in the middle.....     |
