YT 1000 Club Member | ![]() This poor kitten was probably tossed into the tree by a cruel teenager who got a thrill. So glad he was rescued and praying that he finds a loving home. Cat trapped in tree with cable-wire noose around neck rescued by Verizon workers in Middle Village - NY Daily News

| ![]() Heartbreaking... I just don't understand how people can be so cruel. I'm glad he was found though. I hope he finds a home where he will be treated with kindness and not cruelty.
