I tried Lash Discovery before and found the formula was too thin, or the brush too small, that it was not apply enough, if any, product on my lashes. I did like the small brush though. I ended up using that brush in a different mascara. I used to love Bare Essentials and not I hate it. I don't know what happened, but it just looks so cakey and fake on my skin now, whereas before it would disappear and look great. So strange!

| I'll second that! I have Mac Paint too in Bare Canvas. Love it! It really locks in the eyeshadow.

| Yes Bare Canvas that's the nude color. I couldn't remember and didn't feel like getting up to look in my make up case LOL. It's good stuff!

| Do you use foundation all over before applying your eyeshadow? That usually does the same thing in anchoring the shadow. The paint just makes the shadow glide nicely.

I think some kinds of makeup makes me look old too. And plus I'm asian so I already look younger than I am. But it's come to the point when my customers (most of who are in high school) are calling me "the lady" instead of "the girl". I guess that's good right? I'm 32. I use liquid foundation when going out and using a full face of makeup. For everyday, it's just loose powder and no eyeshadow only eyeliner. I will have to look at this Paint stuff.

| Ok ladies, so I went to Target and bought the Maybeline Great Lash with the new "heart shaped" brush. It does really get down to my miniscule lashes, but just made me more depressed about how pathetic my lashes are. I should just stick to falsies, WHICH I BOUGHT SOME! But if any of you are wondering, for anyone who has decent lashes, I think this new brush would be awesome.

| No I don't. I don't own any foundation. I have 3 shades of eyeshadow, 1 tube of mascara, and ...... That's it. That's all you'll I find in my make up bag.

I used to have them years ago, when I used to swim in the sea a lot - mascara wasn't that waterproof, and eyelash tinting wasn't 'thick and dark' enough.... Looking back, they were excellent.... | |

I have a really hard time with mascara. I have tried all kinds of drug store ones and they dry out and flake off into my eyes by the end of the day and I'm constantly rubbing my eyes, smearing it off and making my eyes red. Its annoying. I switched to Clinique, they have a brush that one side is a comb. Its perfect to brush on and thicken lashes and then comb up and lengthen lashes. Plus it does not dry out and flake off. I do find now though, that 6 months is the longest I'll go on 1 mascara. A new mascara every 3 - 6 months is ideal to keep it from drying out too quickly. I hear Christian Dior mascara is great, but its like $25 a tube. A little steep for me.
