Have you ever heard of Claire Burke room sprays? They make one called 'Oh Christmas Tree' that smells like a fresh cut tree. When I put up a fake tree, I keep a can of it handy and can enjoy the best of both worlds.

We used to have real trees most years but now I have
too many animals that like to play "we're in the jungle"
for that to be realistic. The last year we had a real tree
I would wake up most morning to find my cats perched
in it or it tipped over and laying on the floor. Since I
switched to the fake tree I seldom have a problem so
for now fake is the only way we can go.

We always had a real one until the last couple of years. We now have fake. I hated all the needles everywhere & even for months after the tree came down I would still find needles. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh, I hated that. The smell I do miss of the real tree.

Yes!!! I have 2 Fake ones!!!! Hashahahaah!!!!! I have 2 trees!!!!! I am one of those crazy decorating for Christmas!!!! This is our 1sr Christmas in our new house!!!! So here are my trees!!!!
The red and silver one is in my front room! And the Coppers and browns and gold tree is in my great room!!!!

Fake! I grew up with a fake tree so real trees are weird to me. PLus we put up our tree so early I know you cant do that with a real one. In this case- I like the fake ones better

Real tree all the way for me! I just have to have the smell! I Love it. I love Christmas and my Christmas wouldn't be the same with out one! Two years ago my family went to France for X-mas. Well we were staying in this little flat and had all of these great make shift X-mas decorations all over the place. It just wasn't the same. We walked down to the little shop a few days before X-mas eve and bought this little cute tree that was about waist high. It smelt sooo good! We decorated it with yarn and cards, and ribbon. It was so fun! Then smell was brilliant!

We have a fake tree which is pre-lit. I grew up having real trees, but as a teenager I developed allergies.

Everyone's trees are so pretty! My bf is coming home this weekend, so we're putting ours up on Sunday- hooray!! I am not looking forward to Olivia and my cat with the tree- I can only imagine how many times I'm going to have to pick up ornaments or the tree itself!

I have a fake pre lit tree that is beautiful..I just bought it this weekend. I personally like a real tree better but My 2 year old coughed really really bad last year and i really think it was the tree so instead of using her as a test dummy we splurged and went and bought a real nice tree!!! I agree you cant beat the smell of a fresh tree though!!

I've never had a real tree in my entire life, so this year my fiance promised me a real tree. If it doesn't work out we'll go back to fake next year, but I want a real one at least once!
