| ***How Do You Read YorkieTalk?*** Since I don't get email notification by choice(not much of an email checker lately), I come to the website itself to read postings. Sometimes I go to "CP" to see what my subscribed threads are saying but I usually check "New Posts" first, though some already have 2 pages of replies before I have ever seen them for the first time without more than a few minutes passing since I last visited the website & clicked on "New Posts". How does that happen on a new thread? Is it due to members that have posted on the thread going to that particular forum that the thread was listed in first? I have only been a member a bit over one year but there is still much to be learned and I wonder how I am missing some new threads for so long. How do you all read YT? Where do you read first? Any ideas to help me see a thread sooner will be appreciated. Thanks!

| I usually go to New Post first and read through that way. I have notice if I comment on a new thread I dont see it for a few minutes sometimes when I hit new post. If I am looking for a thread to follow up on I may have to search for it under the YT community. Soemtimes I can find under CP user. |

| Normally I go to forums then start at general look at the first page there, then go to health look at the first page there and go to a few other sections and do the same.

| I usually go to user CP first. Then I go to new posts. If I am only wanting to look at a particular item (like Products for sale) then I will go to forums and select the topic I want to look under for threads. I have also used the search if I am looking for something by a particular member or even by subject.

| I almost never go to new posts or user cp. I just search the forums..the ones I'm interested in first. If I'm really interested in a thread, I just skim and look for it or use the search function.

| When you all go to New Posts after reading a thread, do you ever find a new thread that has a page or two of posts on it and wondered why it hasn't shown up before on New Posts when it had only a post or two on it?

| I hit the New Post button....obviously way too often, cos I've lost count of how many times I've seen the "This forum requires that you wait 25 seconds between searches. Please try again in _ seconds." response

| i never even knew there was a way to look at all new posts, but I always look at user cp, then general/fashion/pics/GE/off topic I really wish the region-specific boards got more attention though. And I love to go to a random board and click through the oooooold threads, and just read about stuff. Nosy or curious? You decide! hehe

| Most of the time I go to new posts first or to quick links and select today's posts. If I am looking for something in a particular forum I go there.
