I just watched videos of cars and semis being tossed around in the air like toys. That is crazy! Can't imagine how scary it would be to have that going on around you.

Yes definitely prayers to all those in Texas. You wouldn't believe how many accidents I've witnessed on the road today. So scary

That same storm came from just near my sister's house northeast to over or very nearly over mine(my neigborhood Doppler radar showed intense rotation coming right over my house)! But as it came over Mesquite, it mostly seemed to be rotating up in the air and not touching down. I watched it all the way here on live TV and it was terrible to see.

Well, all good Dallas Cowboys' fans have an actual NFL helmut to display during big games and I decided to put it to good use. Wish I'd had a whole uniform with shoulder and lumbar pads.....would have felt safer....hehehe.

My son's friend drove down I-35 this afternoon right in the teeth of one of the supercells from Oklahoma to attend the Stars' game tonight with Danny and he has texted all afternoon as he fought hail, tornados and what he described as some of the hardest rain he's ever seen. He's almost to Dallas and said he's got lots of stories to tell.

I think I would die if I looked out my window or stood in my back yard and saw that.

My girls didn't like being the closet, had to do it 3 times.
