|  I'm giving belly dancing a try... This ought to be fun. LoL. Hopefully I am not too sore tomorrow. Anyone done classes like this before?? Looks like a great workout. |

| I took classes many, many years ago. If I tried it now I'm sure I would throw my back out. It's great exercise and was a lot of fun. We had to make up our own routine and perform it in front of the entire class  I graduated and still have my belly jewel and certificate, along with all my accessories. Stick with it. It's a lot of fun.

| I took classes for a while before I started to have hip problems (unrelated) Now after having my hip replaced at 40  I am going to see if I am allowed to go back. I found it to be a wonderful experience. I loved that it was for all ages. The youngest girl was 14 and the oldest was 79! It was so much fun and great excersize I am sure you will LOVE it

| Donating YT 30K Club Member  | I took a class many years ago, it was fun. Now I do Zumba and the instructor was selling those jingly things to wear around our hips to help us move our hips more. I bought one and it helped, but now I'm sore. Have fun!
