I took classes for a while before I started to have hip problems (unrelated) Now after having my hip replaced at 40
I am going to see if I am allowed to go back. I found it to be a wonderful experience. I loved that it was for all ages. The youngest girl was 14 and the oldest was 79! It was so much fun and great excersize I am sure you will LOVE it
