2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Need a Good, "Trusted" Music Download site! I am in need of a good but trusted music site to download music for our mp3 players. I've done Bear Share and Lime Wire both cause problems with viruses !! My Computer tex just deletes them during 6 month checkups. So, NOW WHAT? He suggested a Bit Torrent download !! Looks confusing and possibly illegal. They are so pose to be trusted and verified downloads ONLY. not sure if I want to use it. Any suggestions from you mp3/music lovers out there?

| I use Itunes, Amazon, and Walmart. Most are only about $0.99 each.

| Trusted and shared cant really be in the same sentence when you are talking about music downloads. I think you may have to bite the bullet and pay for a service. While I personally think that iTunes is one of the worst programs ever written, it probably makes the most sense in terms of downloading music.

| I had a friend get slapped with a $6000ish fine for downloading music from Limewire several years ago. I've been done with free downloads since then. I buy from iTunes or Amazon, or let my friends who illegally download music to give me copies of stuff once they've downloaded it. Erring on the side of caution here!

| I used to use lime wire and win mx or whatever it was until I got scared of fines. Now I just use spotify and pandora or buy from iTunes.

| I also used to use limewire and bearshare. Never any problems but once I got my Mac laptop, I did not want to download anything illegally. I just suck it up and buy on iTunes, or get mix CD's, etc, from friends lol.

| iTunes has recently been in the news because iTunes users are having weird charges on their accounts. I, personally, thing it's way too expensive for music on iTunes.

| When they upped most of the songs to $1.29, I basically stopped buying stuff unless I REALLY wanted something OR have an iTunes gift card. .99 cents was enough... I think $1.29 is just stupid.

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I wish there was a site that was like a swap meet kind of thing! You could download your old songs and than trade them for new ones using points or something like that... where are the computer geeks when you need one? Has anyone ever heard of a Bit Torrent web site? Does anyone feel like taking a look into it and giving your advise?
