My apologies Twi-lovers, but it seriously gave me a Twi-graine (okay, lame...sorry).
I'm right there w/ you Ann I was not a fan of it. I was excited for the movie even went to midnight premiere and it just was laughable at parts. I've not really loved any of the movies, but I think this one disappointed me the most.

I absolutely love, love the books!

I'm going Sunday to see it and can't wait!! I would have gone much sooner but it was my first day off.

I went to see the first movie before I really even knew about it. I thought it was ok but didn't think of the movie again afterwards, it didn't impress me much.
Awhile afterwards, one of my coworkers was reading the book on her break and was telling me how much better the book was and how much they left out in the movie. I was curious so I thought I would try it and I've been hooked ever since!!

I got my mom hooked too. She isn't much of a reader but I kept telling her she was really missing out by not reading the book. She finally gave in and started reading the first book and was hooked as well. We have all the movies and she has watched them several times.

I just wish I could get her to read The Host by Stephanie as I really loved that book as well but my mom can't seem to get into it.

I thought the movie was okay. I just recently re-read the book and think that is why I was a little let down with it. The books are so much better, imo. and YES, even if you have watched the movies, you will still enjoy the books.

I saw it last Sunday and dd and I spent most of it laughing, and not only at the intended humorous parts. I didn't read the books so I have no comparison to make there, but there was such a big fuss about this movie & it just seemed to be a big step back in the series...or should I say...Saga. That said, I do look forward to the next one, though I may wait to rent it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I didn't read past the first book, so I had no idea what to expect. A friend of mine talked me in to going to see the movie yesterday just to get out. As she tried to explain the whole premise of what this movie was I kept thinking "yuck". Jacob and Bella were an item...Bella marries Edward...Jacob falls in love with Bella and Edward's baby.

Hmmm....Sounds like an episode of Jerry Springer.

LOL, I think it's one of those things you just "get" or don't. Ha- I totally did not think I'd be the type to like it. I usually think these kinds of movies are super ridiculous and corny. Maybe it is, I dunno, but I just love them anyways!

I definitely don't think I would have enjoyed Breaking Dawn though without watching the other movies... it just wouldn't make sense no matter how much someone tries to explain it!

So I finally saw it! I liked it, however it did not meet the high expectations that I had for it. It was OK... It had some good parts, but nothing that made it spectacular. I could see why the critics where bashing it, but I hope part 2 is way better than this one is!!

Lol it's so funny! I think I liked this one the best! Although I did not read the books!

I did not like the 2nd movie much. It was too slow for me. But I think the 1st and this one are my faves!!

Ok...don't hate me but Im so not a Twilight fan...but my husband however is like a teenage girl in heat for that stuff...No joke I'm so serious...He is team Edward and has been to every midnight release except this one (He is on 2nd shift now) But in my town they has a 230 am showing so needless to say we were there at 2:30 am him still having coal all over him and still in uniform with his TEAM EDWARD bracelet on lol!!! I can not help but lol at him and so do all our friends because he is not shy he would have wore his shirt with Edwards face on it of he had not been dirty! But I must say this one has been the best out of the saga. It had what i like to see in it a "real" vampire scary human eating I like horror!!! LOL

Alright so I finally got to see it and I loved it!! The graphics were much better, even the vampires didn't have such painted on faces like they did in the past movies.

But where is the part in the trailer where you see the volturi with a blonde girl, it is about 2 minutes in the trailer but it wasn't in the movie. What was that about?

I am a Twilight fan. I loved the books and also the movies; but I must say that Breaking Dawn was not what I expected. I cannot say I hated it, but compared to the previous movies, I was disappointed.

I LOVE to read! Obsession is a better word. I love the books... Got my dd and many friends to read them. I have read them twice.

Do not like the movies... All were a disappointment . Have not seen the last one yet but my dd said it was bad....she said people were laughing at the acting. The first was a low budget movie, no one thought it would become as popular as it has and without changing actors the next ones can't really get any better.

I think the people who have not read the books are missing a lot. But the book is beyond strange. Lol. Still love it!

I also read "the Host" .. It was an amazing book. A little hard to get into it but once you do it was hard to put down! It would make a great movie.

I liked "The Host" as well....I had to hang in at the beginning of it. I had been told it was a bit difficult...definitely was an enjoyable book!

I don't read as much now as I used to, but do enjoy it.

I went and seen Breaking Dawn last week. It was okay, It didn't get good until the end for me. Breaking Dawn is my least favorite out of the books Everyone I know says that they think its the best, but for me its just not. I even had a heated discussion with a co-worker a couple months ago about Twilight and the how I thought BD was the worst out of the series for me. I think back on it, and my thoughts are "Did I really just spend a half hour arguing about Twilight?" lol.
