| Did anyone else feel the earthquake last night? I was sitting on the couch and felt the whole thing shake and move almost like when the washing machine is on the spin cycle and you are in the same room except my washing machine is in the basement and there is no way it would be felt upstairs in another room. I yelled at dh, "What is going on?" because i thought he was stomping or shaking something. He came into the living room from the bedroom and said maybe it was the dogs but they were sleeping. He didn't feel it. I called my mom and my dad had just felt the same thing but my mom didn't. Then I see on SNL that the local news was reporting metro KC area people were feeling an earthquake all the way in Oklahoma City area at a 5.6 magnitude. Weirdest thing ever to feel an earthquake. Can't imagine feeling anything shake harder than just that little bit I felt. That would be so scary. Prayers for those in OK with damage from these quakes. |

| I didn't feel that one, as I was definitely too far away - but I could feel the VA one a few months back. It was a very strange feeling. I was at work, and convinced the building was shaking due to construction. And then a few minutes later, everyone was talking about an earthquake!
