| I wish i had a gas cooktop and an electric wall oven... ideally that is what I would put in if I could.

| We have a glass top w/ convection oven (well, our landlord actually ) So easy to clean. Love that about it. We use Emerilware (works fine for the stove, but the frying pans are kinda crappy).

| Glass cook top also, I love it. I use hard anodized pan flat bottom with no problem. Clean up is really easy, I just soft scrub and a paper towel and clean it once a week and wipe it down everytime I use it.

| We have had glass stove tops for about 13 years. What I really like about it is how clean it looks. I never bought new pans, except for a new wok. (Had to have a flat one obviously) Sometimes pans do wobble, which is kind of funny, but doesn't seem to hurt the results. I think professional cooks will always prefer gas, but it has worked for us. Hope you enjoy your stove top, or at least how it looks.
