I added hats and a tree on the 1st 2 pics - I'm still trying to find good gifs to add - most look too big in these little avatars even when I shrink them

I am having fun - I fixed up Joans some more - Made little Crystal look more like Santa and less like Dr. Seuss Grinch with her tall hat in the first avatar !! hehe - Joan - now you have 4 pics and since you liked the Reindeer I put that picture 2nd and flipped her peeking pics so there is 2 of them -

Villette, You are just too Smart. I set for what seemed like hours just to get some pics on here for Jodi to see the other day , I can't imagine how you do the motion thing or all the rest of this. My hat is off to you, MISS SMART LADY

LOL !! I'm by far not smart - just determined - I just get on the net and read and read - by the time I find directions I can follow - I always save them in word documents and then use them when doing something new -

I LOVE playing with pictures and have been doing this for about 3 years now for a side business I have - but animation is FUN & I really want to learn lots more !

Yes I did girl - and Thank you !!

The 2nd cd was incomplete ? But I'm still trying - I DID get the program to open but it was HUGE for some reason and booted me off the computer - I'm playing around with it but I have a feeling the 2nd cd just didn't finish - it's OK !! I really appreciated the effort ! I'll let you know if I get it to work

I can't believe I missed this whole thread yesterday! What a great thing you did, Villette! You are so talented! Since I am computer illiterate, this really impresses me!!!! (But, you must realize I am 74 years old, and until my daughter got me this computer, I didn't think I'd ever use one. Old Fashioned, you say?? You bet!)

Oh, and Thank you for sharing this with all of us! It was not only a present for the ones you made it for, it was a present for anyone who reads this site.

I've never even tried but I think I should figure it out...I bet Val would make an awesome one with the new pic - it's really easy to change out the pictures once the avatar is made

I know it but I hate to ask her again....she is so swamped with avitar request and lots of them are new request so I'll just wait my turn

I may play around with it with that program you sent to me...does that one work on avitars??
