| There is a word that goes with an action that is missing from our society these days. The word is "INTEGRITY". I see so many people that have NO idea what it means. To keep your word, even to a lowly dog, fish, bird,,oh ya and child. To put others first,,soooo tired of the "ME FIRST" mentality. People need to realize that there is a blessing in blessing others. I sew because it is a God given gift and I make things for others when I feel that I should. Ya it blesses others, but it blesses me too. I tell my daughters to look for a man with integrity, one that can keep his word and is willing to WORK,one that does not expect to be handed things. My 20 yr old says that she will probably be single a long time. My 25 yr old is newly engaged to a man that she has already invested 4yrs in and will have invested 3 more before they actually tie the knot. It is such a shame that our society has turned into a "throw away" "instant gratification" society. Thanks for the laugh in the original post, the sadness there is that it is just too true. Make room on your soap box for me. |

| It is such a shame that our society has turned into a "throw away" "instant gratification" society. I agree, but lets pray there will always be loving caring folks that will take them in and give them a wonderful life.

| Try rubbing his nose into whatever you want him to stop doing. If his behavior gets too bad, you could always resort to a shock collar before rehoming.

| I'm afraid he might LIKE the spanking. You might be onto something w the cattle prod. Will that get him to put the dishes IN the dishwasher instead of waiting for the little elves to get them out of the sink and put them into the dishwasher?

| I would normally jump right in on giving tips for unbehaved husbands. However, I have found pregnancy can really bring out the best in him though. |
