| Oops, forgot, MM did have a point about gestational diabetes. You should probably be tested. If your job is stressful, you might have better luck w a note from your dr saying you need a break from the desk for stress/BP control.

| If I were you I'd bring nutritious snacks that you can munch on when you can't get away to eat a meal. Cut up some veggies and fruits, yogurt, granola or fiber one bars, bananas are great for that type of thing. I'm sorry your employer is so strict about breaks and so unaccommodating, but I think if this is an ongoing problem then you need to make things better for yourself by bringing things you CAN eat while you have 2 mins between customers or phone calls. I know it stinks!
