| That's interesting. I used to raise English Bulldogs and they do have a lot of trouble breathing......not only outside, but inside also, at times. I can see both sides of the story. It's a shame, though, because it will restrict pets going to another permanent home if the owner relocates to another country.

| That is probably because they have brathing problems. We are Georgia Bulldog fans and always wanted a Bulldog, but even my old vet ( a Georgia graduate) advised against it because of the health issues.

| These breeds have been banned from flying cargo on domestic flights here in the US for awhile now- I wouldn't fly any animal in cargo anyway- very scary idea.

| This just horrifies me that people will fly a puppy to some one in another state or country, seems inhumane to me.
