I just started reading Lost All Along by Peter Limongello. So far it is so funny I have almost peed my pants. The only place I have been able to find it was Amazon. Remember when you buy from Amazon to go to Yorkie Haven Rescue site and click the link on the left side to get to Amazon that way they get a portion of the sale.

I have never read a romance novel ! I wouldn't mind reading one as long as the storyline IS good !

Has anyone read The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins? This is supposed to be for young adults as well - but I loved it anyway!

I end up getting into series romance, ( where the story continues to the next book, but introduces new people) they aren't trashy, but enjoyable. Mostly Robyn Carr or Sherryl Woods. Also Debbie Macomber.

Try Fern Michaels Vegas Rich, Vegas Heat and VEgas Sunrise. Or Hot Shots by Suzanne Elizabeth Phillips (sp?) those are 'kind of ' romance novels, but also some of the BEST fiction books Ive ever read!

I have! I thought it was excellent... what a concept! It was different, that was what I liked about it so much!

I have read a lot of Fern Michaels and like her also, but I could not get interested in the Sisterhood series, too gruesome for me.

Ohhhh, I never read that series. Try the Vegas series though, they are really really good!

I will, I have them but just never read them. The sisterhood is about this group of women that go around torturing and killing men that have done them wrong. read the first 2 books, but now there are like 10-12 in the series.

Do you have the paper books or an E-reader? I need some Nook buddies! I would like to try that series. I like murder mysteries.... wait .... are they mysteries? They sound a bit gruesome for sure!

No I still have old fashioned paper backs thought about the kindle or nook but I like to throw my books on the bed and hold them. Don't have to worry about them and I keep all my hard back books. Have about 100 of those. The Sister hood is like mystery cause you are trying to solve the crimes.

Also, who loves British History (like 1100's - 1900)? I know Kazzy likes this...but wondering about other members?

I love to read! I like series the most because I always get attached to the characters and don't want to let them go.

I HIGHLY recommend the Morganville Vampires series; I LOVED THEM! I even liked them better than Twilight...

I'm not much of a history buff, but I do LOVE British literature. My favorite current British author (and maybe even my favorite current author overall) is Kazuo Ishiguro. I also really like most Ian McEwen novels.

I adore most classic British lit - Alcott, Austen, the Bronte sisters, most Dickens stuff. I re-read Little Women and Wuthering Heights a couple of years ago...totally different feeling now compared to reading them when I was younger.
