| HELP! Joplin Humane Society! I am trying to get help for Joplin Humane Society - I do not live in Joplin, I am 20 miles south of Joplin, MO. I keep up with them on a facebook page ... https://www.facebook.com/pages/Anima...85768248141000 They are in desperate need of fans and flea and tick medicine for the 400+ animals that have been displaced from the tornado last week. It is supposed to be 90+ here all week, and those babies are going to be hot! They also have a registry they made on Amazon, here is the link to that... https://www.amazon.com/registry/wedding/9NXFU5BUZCLK I have been gathering things all week, we took a load of supplies for the shelters last week. Now I am working on the fur babies. I've had some people mail dog food to me to take up there, some frontline, and some just went straight to the registry. The last post they posted was for people to call around and try to get some fans from different local companies. Hopefully they pull through. I knew I could come here for some serious results, you guys are the best! THANKS!

| This is the latest post..... Eric Wells We need large industrial fans donated here at the shelter. The animals are not doing well in this heat & humidity. Please email me at wwc.eric@gmail.com with your phone number and I will call you to co-ordinate the donation. Thanks.

| I've spent some time looking at the pictures of the babies. I can't even imagine! I've noticed so many posts begging people to bring the misplaced pets to the Humane Society. They think they are helping by keeping them, but so many are missing their animals. I'm hoping more come in to claim them in the near future. I just felt like I was unable to do anything for them, especially with needing the fans. My diva dogs (who love outside, when it's not HOT) would be miserable. So many of those dogs are the same I'm sure. Thanks for replying. Where at in Kansas are you?
