I'll stop by next time I go to Disney World. Part of her probation states that she must maintain a job...but who the $%(# would hire her?

That's the part I love the most, I bet her attorney will give her a job, and even he thinks she's a big fat liar. So let her attorney watch her for a while, after all, it’s only due to his diligent efforts of misleading the jury about what the constitution calls “proof” that’s she free.

Love it!! Good hearing she has to do something i'm sure she doesn't want to. I hated the idea of her getting off completely scott free. Made me ill. Considering what she's done, I'd say she's still getting off scott free really.

Heard on Nancy Grace Show that she cannot go to a place where intoxicants are served and she said something like "So no nights at Fusion". I guess the partying will have to be more restrained for a year.

Wonder how fast her lawyer is filing his appeal and who hears it and how long that will take?

The judge's ruling that she has to serve probation. Heard them discussing it on TruTV that an appeal would be filed almost if not immediately.

Too bad an appeal can't be filed on Caylee's behalf for the "unfair" verdict. :mad:

I know - I didn't either. Grrrrr. I just wish they had explained more but some of those people who talk about legal matters can be so vague and skip over things that it just leaves lots of questions. Course some of those people turn out to be dead wrong, too - hope they are in this case. If indeed it is appealed, I wonder if Floridian tax payers are footing that bill, too?

Heard her lawyer say tonight that she is back in Florida staying with "friends of ours" who are helping counsel her and that she virtually has no friends, as all her previous friends essentially turned on her and talked with the media about all the things she did to or around them. Baez did seem to say she has spoken to her parents but the way he put it, don't know if that was really speaking or via email/text or something. Geraldo Rivera "confirmed" that she had been in Ohio but I never heard the lawyer say that. He did not say that immediately on returning to Florida, she visited the spot where her little girl's body was found or visited her grave or thanked the man who found her. He seemed to forget about little Caylee in the part of the interview I heard - but I didn't get all of it - maybe she did come up.

Interesting, I doubt if she has any interest in going back to the scene. I really don't think Casey thinks like a normal person and a psychopath just doesn't feel guilt. When talking with her parents during jailhouse interviews, she seemed to resent them more when they brought up Caylee, and it was, "What about me, your forgetting I'm the real victim here." I think Baez bought into it because he's a con artist too.

I understand that Dr. Phil got an interview with George and Cindy. Supposedly, it is going to be "no holds barred", but what do you think they can say that wasn't covered during the trial?

When, do you know? I'm sure that they have a lot to say that couldn't be covered in the trial. In my opinion, they believed she should be punished, they just didn't want her to get the death penalty, I would like to know what they have to say about it.

I just checked Dr. Phil's website and the interview is going to be on the season premier, September 12. Looks like he'll have the ratings sewed up on this day!!

By the way, one of the things that bothers me the most about the outcome, is that Casey is allowed to be around children. Let say you have young children and you divorce your husband and he starts dating Casey, she has every legal right to be around you children. I would be horrified!

Oh she is thanking the man who found her remains when during that time they tried to say Roy Kronk was the one who put her there.

She hasn't thank no-one for nothing, IMO. She is too much of the devil.
Maybe the 12-jurrors from Pinnellas County that found her not guilty.

I guess that is the infamous Miss Anthony's way of thanking someone - essentially putting them on trial! If that had been my child, I would be so grateful to that man for persisting in going back to that site and finding her I wouldn't know how in the world to ever stop thanking him for locating her little body.

I want to hear the grandparents interview but am sure we'll really learn nothing new. Wonder how the defense appeal is going and when we'll hear the Appeals Court's ruling?

I don't think men think as much about having a child with someone, but there are plenty of men who want to go through the motions. She will appeal to men who want to "save" her from the horrible public, who just doesn't understand and wants to convict an innocent mother. I'm curious to how the public will treat her. We are a very forgiving nation, and we love redemption stories. Will she be able to redeem herself, and fool the general public? I seriously don't think she can change, and I'm one that really believes most people can change. Before you can change, you have to see, that what you did was wrong. I do not see her ever thinking that, it will always be someone else’s fault.
