| Floods It is so sad to see the Mississippi flooding. Have any of our YorkieTalk members been affected? Between the tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, hard winter, I just feel so bad for all the peoples and pets lives that have been upturned.

| oh me too! They are saying that at least 11 counties are in a state of emergency and it's not over yet. They don't expect it to crest for another week to 11 days even which will make all this disaster even worse. Its terrible! We are getting the rains here, but nothing like down there, these storms are fizzling as they get to New England so we mainly get drizzle and cloudy days.

| It's heartbreaking! They mentioned on the news that in one area where there were around 300 homes that only 25 families had flood insurance. There are people losing everything. Some of the people and farmers were old and it is so sad.

| Poor farmers have it so hard anyway. This is really going to affect food supplies and prices. There are wide spread consequences we haven't even thought of yet.
