Anyone see it? I loved it. Blake Shelton is one of my favorite singers and I just loved the banter between the coaches.
I know several of the singers would not get a chance if they had seen them. Will be interesting to see, now that they know what they look like, how far they will go.

I thought it was great. I am curious about how they will compete once the celebs have their team.

I understand the concept of judging them just by their voices, but I still think looks and connection with the audience plays a big part in their success. I wondered what Christina thought when she turned around and saw Frenchie Davis. I think weight has held back Frenchie's career. Looking back over the past 40 years there have been very few women who are that large and were successful.

When Cass Elliot (Mama's and Papa's) and Aretha Franklin were stars there wasn't as much tv exposure for singers. People bought records but didn't watch video's of the songs.

It's an interesting, entertaining show. I'm not hooked on it yet like AI or DWTS, but I'll watch if I'm around.

I liked it alot don't want to miss next week. However like Idol I didn't agree with all the picks. The hubby and wife team for instance......really?
