| Day 8 and the babies are experiencing their first blizzard. Winter just doesn't want to quit this year! They have grown so much and getting close to being all feathered out. They are such fun and soon I will have to put their nest into a bird cage, as they are starting to bat their wings and will need a little more room. I just love these little darlings!

| I've never seen a baby bird that young before. It is quite amazing the transformation they go through. Thank You so much for caring for them and sharing their pictures with us!! It is so cool to see the formation of the feathers, they looked like little spikes at first, lol. I've never been that great with birds but I did raise 2 wild baby bunnies that were only a day or so old. It was fun and a bit exhausting but well worth it. In the end we were able to release them back into the wild.
