I feel that it is finally time that I address many of the slanderous lies that have been spread about me personally by a former member Mommadog1 aka Karla Clippinger It is now general knowledge that she is behind the Facebook page and that they have been attacking any outspoken member from YT. She has stated that their sole intent is to punish anyone that tries to have a voice for poor breeding practices within our community. From the MicroTeacup thread it is now general knowledge this page exists so I feel that it is appropriate to address what has been said about me personally. When the page was first open pictures were stole from my Facebook and posted to the page, I was attacked for my looks, my Bogey was said to be ugly and I was called all sort of heinous and vile names. While all of this was occurring Karla Clippinger continued spread her vicious lies regarding Mindy the Yorkie that was the center of a very controversial time within the YT community. The reason that I feel that this subject must be brought back up is because it is the basis for her many lies about me. For almost a year she has accused myself and another member of this forum that we called the Pierce County animal control to report animal abuse. She went so far as to claim PCAC visited her website and that she had a Freedom of Information report that I was the person who made this phone call/report. I have always denied any involvement in making such a phone call but assumed that someone might have done so and falsely used my name while making the report.

Once the Facebook page was started I began to look into clearing my name and decided to do my own request regarding her accusation. This week I finally received a letter from Pierce County and have attached it for everyone to see.

As you can see from the attached letters not only did I not make a report regarding her there was NO REPORT ever made by anyone. Not regarding Karla, her husband, her breeding business or anyone else at her residence. She LIED and then went on to spread these lies to anyone and everyone willing to listen to her and believe her.

The result of her lies have hurt many people far reaching than just myself. I have been unfriended on Facebook because of the things that have been said and I feel that I need to vindicate myself. :thumbup:

There is NO TRUTH to the things she is saying about me and I unlike Karla Clippinger have emails to back up what I am saying. I am a truthful person and will not allow this to continue unchecked! :thumbdown Her harassment has gone on entirely too long and I now have the proof she is a slanderous liar! :mad:

Jodi, the lady is not playing with all of her cards. Get a lawyer, and shut her up. There are only what, 3 or 4 people that post there? Same ones, and bet they sign on and off with different names on different PC's. The people that know you, know you are an outstanding person, only interested in helping the dogs. Same as 99.990246% of the YT members. You have the facts and the reputation. What does she have? Not a darn thing!

All Karla is doing by keeping that FB page open is continuing to shoot herself in the foot.

I still can't believe she had Mindy put down bc of her inability to correctly train her. :thumbdown:

Megansmomma you dont have to explain anything to me I know they are just raving lunatics. I dont even go to that page to see whats being said anymore because its just not worth my time or energy

I am just trying to clear up any doubts that anyone would have regarding all of this cr@p! There are people that have stopped speaking to me over the things that are being said about me behind my back. I'm hoping to put this to rest once and for all. This group of women are pure evil! Those of us that know you didn't even think her slanderous claims were true.

They're talking about so many people there, they've stolen copywritten photos....

Truely a bunch of disgruntled people. Upset because their breeding practices have been brought to light. Has it ruined their "business", I don't think so, there are many people out there that are still uneducated and will gravitate to a certain type of breeder. And then there are those that no matter how much you attempt to educate them will never learn....so, these breeders have the market on them.

They've made so many claims....some that are absolutely unfounded. Especially against YHR......claiming they steal money from people......never understanding that YHR has to publically disclose all monies in and out......Little do they know that YHR workers fund many of the medical needs for some pups out of their own pockets.

Good for you for exposing one more of their lies.

Those people have been ugly and bitter and sorry you have been one of the subjects of their hatred.

As Steve said, everyone that knows you knows you want to help the pups and that is what is important, not all the rest of that crap.

Good for you! I posted earlier how their site is petty and pathetic. But it is more far reaching, so I'm glad you are bringing all this to light.
I think there are clearly some issues that some of the people on that site need to address professionally.

We need to always speak out against BYB, puppymills, and people with poor breeding practices. That should never change!

Shame on her for libelling you and, if she is a breeder of those very small "teacup" Yorkies, shame on her for doing that! As a first-timer on a forum, it is shocking to think that someone would go to the lengths to defame another person as this lady has done you personally. I do not blame you for taking the steps you have taken to try to clear your good name. I am so sorry that this happened to you for apparently just trying to save her dog Mindy?!?!?

I agree. Everyone knows you are all about helping the pups. Your passion for helping the dogs is obvious. You don't owe me an explanation at all.

However, I am glad you have the proof to show that she was telling lies about you and slandering you. If people unfriended you on Face Book because of her vicious lies, it is their loss. I still can't believe she had that precious pup put down for such a stupid reason. She is a mean woman.

I don't think I was a YT member when all of this origionally started but I have been over to the YTS Facebook page and I have to say im embaressed for them.
These are grown women who are acting like children, they seem very bitter and obviously have nothing better to do with their time.
Although I have never spoken to you in real life or met you face to face I know who I believe, everything they say on YTS IMO shows them for who they really are, not nice people. Where as you and many other members who they have attacked have held their heads high and reacted with dignity.

YHR does so much to help the pups. They work tirelessly to do everything in their power for the pups. I know they have used their own money to vet the pups. I don't know how they can be accused of stealing money. They have to file a tax return just like everyone else. I think YHR does an outstanding job, I'm so glad that they are there to do what they do.

Jodi, Steve said it all so well here, and I agree. I am sorry that you have been subjected to so much cr@p, when all you have ever done is stand up for animal (doggies) rights. Shame on those evil slanderers!

I'm so sorry that you have had to deal with all this bull ****. Like cockroaches, those with an agenda scurry to hide from the light. Those of us who know you (and the others these greeders have tried to slander) know that they are lashing out of fear because they don't want their real practices known. Luckily for us, the internet holds on to their own words and actions so that others can see just how low these people are. The fact that evidence of their misdeeds shows up not only on YT but on the BBB and Rip-off Report websites shows that they have a long way to go in the ethics department.

Jodi, I'm so sorry these people have given you one moment of grief, you do so much here to help everyone and dogs in need, you are a wonderful member and anyone who would stop talking to you because of what is printed on a hate website is not worth your time. When I joined Yorkietalk there was another hate site, led by an disgruntled former member, and being new, it wasn't easy to know who to believe, but all I hade to do is read a few posts of the hate, and I knew that the person posting it could never be believed. It's bad enough when someone makes fun of the way we look, but to call our dogs ugly, it's just so sad. Keep your chin up, and know that to many of us, you are a wonderful role model, I just wish I had half your courage. I know you care about many things, but what hate mongers think of you, shouldn't be one of them. Love you!

I am not aware of the situation but I have been on other posts where you are involved. I think you are a great member on here and I wouldn't worry about what anyone else thinks. All I have to say is these people sound like a bunch of middle school kids. Now the kids have an excuse to act like this but the adults do not. Hang in there! Everyone here knows the truth.

I had not read the thread and was unaware of the Facebook page you refer to but I do know that you have done many good things for our beloved yorkies through your rescue efforts and you have offered help and advice to many on this site. I am sorry you had to go through the stress of personal attacks on public forums. It is childish to attack someone in that manner. Those involved in this kind of harassment should be ashamed of themselves. Consider the source and know that those who know you from this forum would never believe any of the negative things that were said. :animal-pa

Your posts speak eloquently about your nature. Anyone investigating any time or energy into finding "out" just who you are, can have lots of good reading here.

Those that have unfriended you, are not worth your time or energy.

Please don't waste your emotions or energy on these kind of folks.

I read the threads and all I can say is she's banned, you're not, so that says alot for me.

Can they really copy your picture? Really, facebook kinda scares me. My daughter is always posting pix of my grandson and it makes me nervous.

I don't know that Karla breeds "teacups" but last I heard she was looking into breeding yorkies in general. She does/did breed cockapoos, in fact she is the founder of the american cockapoo club. She stands behind purposely breeding mixed breed dogs. :thumbdown

The lies and untruths that have been spread about you have never and will never hold any credence. I know it's caused you much pain, though, because their hate mongering - no matter how untrue - is cruel, mean, and intended to be malicious toward you and many others.

I'm glad you are able to put some matters to rest. You know you'll always have my support.

My heart also goes out to those who are so filled with hate and revenge that they actually spend a good portion of their time trying to further those vicious feelings. They are clearly so filled with pain that the only solution they can see is to try to cause others pain :(.

These people have gone after so many people here at YT - practically salivating at the notion of causing them pain and stress. And, I think many people have acted with such integrity (including you, Jodi) in taking the high road. :)

real life bullying was bad enough, and now days there are cyber bullying to be dealt with.

and as for facebook stealing pictures, yes. its very common. I had a friend who had her identity stolen on facebook. Some random person took her picture and created a profile like hers and pretended to be her and was incredibly rude to people.

Megansmomma, I know its harder to ignore because like all advice it is easier said than done, but as many ppl on the forum have expressed that it is the ppl who know you and are on your side.
