Jodi did the right thing by posting this Thread in the General Forum. Like Mardelin stated, a lot people on YT have been talked about on that FB page. Not only a lot people but what about YT? YT is getting slammed by these few disgruntled women. Yes, this is an appropriate forum and like capt_ noone said, if you dont like the thread, why make a comment, skip over it.

I just have one thing to say, Jodi....You Go Girl! I'm so proud of you for standing up for yourself. It's a very sad day on earth when ugly people like Karla, her followers and group of people who stand with her have to lie in order to get notice or for people to listen to them about what seems apparent that they no absolutly nothing about. Good for you for sticking up for yourself, we all are very proud of you.

I came to YT to learn, share, and for fun; about grooming, Yorkie health, basic dog care, agility, behavior etc...my understanding is the entire 'agenda' of YT is for education, and fun sharing...

Part of that is people sharing is their experience with breeders and getting referrals...you should feel safe getting a referral anywhere and contacting a person (for a good, bad or between breeder) that just because you ask if they partake in YT (an extremely important Yorkie educational site IMHO) or about any issues expressed of them on YT you shouldn't end up with your personal contact information being given out and brought into a situation that has nothing to do with you (makes me wonder who sent me the referral to CR in the first place actually).

I feel YT has been abused and certain people are violating people because YT and via YT...had I been aware of this situation I would have never given someone the benefit of any doubt and contacted them regardless about their breeding and directly asked about YT...I'd have been aware of the "group" that works together to slander and violate people for their own agenda...I'd never know who Karla Clippinger, about YTS FB page...never have been posted about on there (I could care less about that) but never have had my personal contact information given out, never have receive the ludacris amounts of messageas and hang up phone calls...at ridiculous hours.

None of this should have anything to go with YT, but apparently it does and if it saves someone else going through this, then I appreciate this thread, educating people of those who will act maliciously turning a wonderful place into a hunting ground for their own dysfunction and deception.

I hope moderators and Admin. do not remove or delete this...YT is an open forum and everyone is responsible for their own comments here. I don't see any campaign here to slander anyone, yes bullying has happened on YT IMHO...the nature of an open forum, any open forum. I feel YT handles those situations and abides by their rules in enforcement.

Ann you always seem to say the right thing. My heart also hurts for those whose hate takes over their entire world. I did email the site they started and told them so. Vicious words hurt both parties. I think that was was April Love was also trying to get across. Jodi, if I were you, after sitting silent and being on the hurtful end would have to express myself also, but April Love is right this will only fuel the fire more Im afraid. But, appears that those that are behind good breeding practices, etics & supporting rescue (specifically YHR) are the people that are being targeted......MOD & ADMIN are being attacked because they allow such people as members.

Cant they be turned into FB for doing this ? Do they allow that kind of stuff. do they not monitor posters. I dont know much about it.

I'm not sure the only thing that we could do was report our pictures being stolen and used for their agenda....Some even came onto YT and stole pictures from here. I don't know if that is legal or not. Although, there were pictures that were copywritten, that in itself is illegal.

I've reported them over and over and I'm not afraid of them knowing it either, but FB has done nothing. I feel for those and their families that have been taken apart. I'll say it again, take it from where it's coming and laugh at them. Think of it this way, they must have a lot of time on their hands and not much business if they have the time to put into all of this. E.

I don't think it was to send anyone a Christmas card, :p it was just so that they could say, I know who you are, and I have your address. Also they said that they could use it for their lawsuits against people.

It's my understanding that all photographs are automatically copyrighted, even without explicitly adding the little symbol.

Unfortunately, I've had some pictures stolen off my blog. I've had to go back and put a great big watermark over all of them just to discourage it from happening again.

That is probably correct but at least when they are spewing their vile lies those that read them might think twice about the truthfulness of what is being spread. That was my intent in posting this information. It came from here and that is why I brought it back here.

I blocked her harrassing messages about a year ago when she would not leave me alone. This is not about clearing my name with her. I could personally care less what she does. This was about addressing vicious lies made to and about MANY people and not just myself.

The photographs of my dogs in my avatar are professional photos. Per the photographer they own the copywrite and no one can use them without their or my ok.

I'm not sure about personal photos taken by members.

Jodi - it is such as shame YT members and this forum have been maligned by these individuals

Their posts and conduct spoke volumes about who and what they are, some from the very beginning. True colors if not visible at first, always emerge.

This forum is a terrific wealth of knowledge - one I greatly value as a resource and community. It is very special - and a privilege that there are people / YT members with proven knowledge of the breed who are actually here willing to share and interact. Those involved with rescue do a job that is beyond reproach - and is one many do not have the fortitude to do.

Those that profit off of innocent creatures are despicable. And desperate people do desperate things. The whole FB thing is quite desperate. To echo a sentiment stated earlier, they have likely felt a negative monetary impact from the increasing awareness of their questionable practices.

Intellectual property etc that has been openly posted here (unless otherwise copy written) is only authorizing YT, so unless YT gives permission for someone to use the photos they are protected...(now it's a tort issue which gets sideways often) but no one has to go out and copyright all their photos...and be in fear of them be used without recourse. But should be aware they can be taken and used; the means to get them back are less than easy. IMHO

but I have seen you rise to the occasion more then once to help one pup or another and you never hesitate to help any member with any problem and for that I would support you.

I did visit the "website" one time.. I was planning to go on to defend yt! But after viewing the site I realized it wasn't worth the effort. They would either delete or just twist any words I would say. I did see Cathy's logo and told a friend. I could not believe they would do that..it really makes them look bad.

?? Can you tell me please (and post my words) where what I wrote indicates anger? I am not trying to enforce my opinion, no one can enforce an opinion, wouldn't you agree with that?
Is there something wrong with not agreeing with someone? Isn't that allowed anymore? My only disagreement was with where it was posted. If I posted an emergency in the training section, would we not agree it would belong in the emergency section instead? It seems that is what is causing anger in those that keep quoting me? I honestly don't get why some are angry with me for suggesting it belongs in another section?
What you quoted is my response to another poster, there is no anger involved on my part, just a request not to tell me what to do, as I would never do that to another poster. Have never told someone NOT to post in a thread. I think all that know you, already knew everything they spew on that page is twisted lies. Reading that page any sane person can see what these so called "professionals" are about. I don't know why anyone they requested to like that page continued to do so after reading all that gibberish. I think all that they've managed to do with that page is to out themselves and make themselves bigger targets of public scrutiny.

Wow!!! All I can say is that lady talking to herself on YTS is a raving lunatic. Jodi, although we didn't get off to a good start, I have come to respect you tremendously even if we see things differently from time to time. I don't think that there is any need for you to explain yourself on this forum. Everyone can see who is in need of some time away from the computer.
