| I just saw this tonight on Inside Edition ? I was going to start a thread also because I was that upset about it. I can't believe someone could make that kind of "mistake". The tears are still rolling down my face.....RIP Target.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Oh wow, that happened right here in Arizona. This is so scary that after being gone for only three days, they could euthanize a dog. I'm surprised no one microchipped him, that might have saved him.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | My thoughts too. Why was he only kept 3 days, are they that over crowded? Why wasn't he chipped or wearing a collar with tags?

Thor's Human Donating Member | I think the dog was id'd correctly. A worker at the shelter confused Target with another dog and had Target PTS. There's another thread here about this: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/off...kenly-pts.html
