Thanks so much waistful and alaskayorkie...waistful I saw your pic on here and you are beautiful also. Please let me know when you get Zoe painted if you can get her painted in about two weeks or so, I can probably purchase the painting for you to ship to my house...I will PM you in a second. I'm going to keep my word guys, and get you some more guy members! If I can't be a cheerleader, can I be a mascot...lol? I can't even be a mascot? I can do cartwheels, and stuff :p. I can dress up as a Yorkie in a leather jacket, and ride a motor cycle (looking manly in the process). Oh and by the way I don't need any cooking classes, my Grandma already taught me how to cook, it's been said that I make the best cakes and cookies in the world. I also make the best Italian food, Chicken Parmisana is my specialty ;). Everyone that's tasted my cooking says that whoever marries me will be the happiest man alive. |

I would like to share something that my Dad does that's not so manly, but incredible hilarious. He watches Titanic almost every time it comes on, gets so sad that he almost cries, and says, "I'm never watching this movie again! It's so depressing!" Upon the question of, "Dad why did you watch that again?" He says, "I thought the ending might have gotten better, why did DiCaprio have to die?" |

My Psychotherapeutic Medthod contains lots of cognative therapy and with children I believe play therapy is the best. Psychoanalysis is mostly attributed to Freud, but Pychotherapy is sort of a branch off of Psychoanalysis. There are lots of theories, I frankly don't care to get into it, because it might be a conflict between us. All therapists have their own oppinions, and they believe what they believe. Well, everything is basic knowledge and not something deep. If you really are Beth let me tell you, there will be no conflicts and only respect from me to you, no matter what your method is - but cognitive is rather broad and could be anything from...nah I won't say it.... As we know, no matter what method we use, it is still the personality of the therapist that weighs most in the relation. If you don't agree, I still won't have a conflict with you! If you are afraid of stepping on my toes (which you have no need to be) instead tell me what experiments Freud made to make his Hysteria theory :) If you are Beths daughter, you have picked up ona few words and that is very well done, you know what therapy is founded from and that tells me that apart from the man thread, you listen to your mom. Credit to you for that :) I hope you will succeed in everything you do :) |
Freud searched in 18 of his patients which he concluded to have hysteria for the underlying causes of their hysteria. His study was based on two tenets: first, that the symptom of the hysteria must fit the underlying cause. Second, there must be an event of significant traumatic force to cause hysteria. He particularly stressed quantity of events besides these first qualitative factors. He concluded that sexual experience during infancy or childhood was the sole cause of hysteria. I am also a psychotherapist. Can we please go back to being manly now. |
