A bit off topic, but I'm leaving for vacation this weekend, and part of the package includes a bunch of cigars. Hubby and I don't smoke. Ya'll want them??

i got some DR cigars that i don't mind sharing...its in a humidor right now so i can't say what brand.

what cigars you got anyway?


isn't NJ great...you can still smoke in the bars, diners and restaurants.

I know nothing about cigars so I couldn't tell you.

By DR do you mean Dominican Republic? That's where I'm going...

I'm sure there will be other people down there on the same package, so probably lots of cigars floating around. If your interested, I'll be the schnoor and get them for you.

Awesome...AND i'm jealous...I miss DR. Which part will you be visting in DR and what package are you referring to? any good deals?

Punta Cana. We've been there before and the beaches were great. We usually don't leave the resort when we go so it really doesn't matter to us that much. Especially since 'pickins' were slim' this year because of all the storms!!

The last time we stayed at the Paradisus and it was really nice. Going to Princess Suites Bavara Beach this time. (We love all-inclusives!) THe package is called the Platinum Package and they offer more conveniences better restaurants and that kind of stuff. You can also go to any of the other Princess resorts, but I doubt we'll do that. We just want room service and better booze in the mini bar so we don't always have to walk for a cocktail!.

Ever been there? Is that where you're from?

I should get honorary man club mention for drinking the Mamajuana while there!! Hell, I even brought a bottle back! :p

Sherry Lynn, believe it or not, I just came across a bottle of Mamajuana yesterday in Patty's liquor cabinet (left by previous owner) among some other interesting items. I'll save it for your next visit ....the pres here is slipping a bit, so I'll take up the slack and remind you to post some good guys club beach shots from your vaca. That oughta get you in.

MAMAJUANA's are the best...I brought a few bottles that are mixed already. and I got some that you need to pour your own liguor in there. YIPEEEEEEEE
