They make custom inserts that help correct your structure.

I know people who have had excellent results with their products.

I am a board certified Ortho Rn Clinician and work mostly with joint replacements but i do no that protecting the hip from further trauma will help your bursitis.

While these shoes can be expensive, in the long run..you may prevent or prolong surgery or treatments.

I love MBT's they align your skeletal system properly and reduce pressure on all joints. The moment I tried a pair on they took serious stress off my lower back and hips. You have learn how to balance yourself when standing still in them, but it's okay because the make your body line up right. Walking in them is heel...to...toe. The Sketchers copy cats can't compete MBT's do cost much more but they are the real thing and are worth the money IMO.
