Good luck writing your book. Currently I'm reading The Island by Elin Hilderbrand. Not far enough into it to say if it is great or not, but got some pretty good reviews.

| I love Elin Hilderbran. Have you read he other books? They're good too. I am a reader, BIG time! And I'll ready almost anything. Right now I'm reading Home in Carolina by Sherryl Woods. She's a formula writer so I know I'lll like it....nice brainless reading to take my mind off of my reality.

| Last really good book read "The Art of Racing in the Rain". I used to read voraciously, now I fall asleep unless it's really good and this one was. A great amount of it is narrated from the dog's point of view. Laugh, cry and sob at the ending triumph of it all.

| I also just finished reading the Millenium trilogy by Stieg Larsson - I kind of had a love/hate relationship with the series. Some of it was good and some not so good - translated from Swedish to English - so maybe that was part of the problem. Pat

I agree! I refused to read them when they first came out. Because I hate scary things. My friend, an English teacher, insisted I read them. I finished Twilight in 48 hours!!!! It was great! Finished all the books and have seen all the movies that have been made.
