This new, kinder and gentler me is not hard to manage, but it sure did take a lot out of me. Now here it is only 2310 and I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open. Guess I will hit the rack and listen to Maxine and Carlo snore. Marge claims she does not snore, but I know different. I will be nioce to Marge tomorrow and ask her to take some pictures of Carlo so I can post them. He looks fantastic, and at 134 pounds, very full bodied. If I did not know him, why even I would be afraid of him.

Cheryl, I am too old to change. I will just be me. Thank you so much for the welcome back. I learned a bit of humor and got to practice it in the Corps, because I would not have made it thru without it.

I don't think exceptions to the rules were made. He resigned his membership and attempted to come back without admins ok. After the alloted time passed he was allowed to come back.

There are a few others that I know of that did the same thing and were allowed back.

No, that isn't all that really matters, he's well liked by several.....

My suggestion to people who don't like others is to put them on ignore. I have done it with a few and probably will more in the future. It makes YT more pleasant. Wish I could do that in real life..haha

I actually really enjoyed all your posts and your dry sense of humor. (Anyone will tell you I can appreciate one of those.) In the past, I commented in many of the same threads as you. Then come your infamous hunting photos--some people didn't like them. I stated that they didn't offend me, that I thought they were impressive, I'd already been a participant in a thread discussing them, but I could understand why some people wouldn't like them. And what do I get? You responded by belittling me and telling me to gather people and start a campaign to get you banned so I could sleep better? :confused: Huh? I understand we have bad days and can get pushed to the limit...but geez! I just sat back and watched as it progressed from there.

So, for the inquiring minds and PMs and for anyone interested in if I have an 'issue' with Steve, there it is. That's my issue.

I am still feeling very happy to be back!

This Sunday Morning we are taking Carlo and Maxine on a Chicago Area Yorkie Group Cruise down the Chicago River and lake Michigan. It is 90 minutes, narrated, and dog friendly. Marge went out and bought maxine a new Sailor Suit....and Carlo got the only thing that fits him, a scarf with little boat anchors on it. The Vet cleared him since it will be over 2 weeks since his last Chemo shot, and he is doing great. Wonder if any others on here will be going.

I agree 100%. It is a sad day for YT when a happy welcome back thread turns negative. Isn't it rather pointless to argue Admin's decision in the open forum - his forum, his decision. I guess the OWNER can make/break/change any rules as he deems appropriate. If anyone has a problem with Steve returning (or anyone else for that matter), it would be more prudent to discuss the matter via email or pm with the Big Boss himself or better yet, use the Ignore function.

Again, Steve, welcome back. I for one LOVE your wit, and your fun sense of humor. On a side note, boy oh boy do I have a pig story that I could share -- but that would be another thread :lol tears

Oh, sounds like FUN!!! Pics please!!! :) It is just wonderful to hear how well Carlo is doing!!
