| where is best place to get contacts? I am just wondering if there is a good place to get contacts outside of optometrist office ? |

| I just ordered a box from 1-800 contacts and they came in like 2 days, Very fast. The only thing is that they seem to be kind of blurry to me for long distance. It may be because they are colored ones, but they are the same perscription as the clear ones I got from the opto. So I dont know. It usually is cheaper when you order from somewhere online though.

| i like the first one best discount contacts because of the prices and shipping but i like 1800 cause my RX ran out and they still send contacts they have fast shipping but i paid 34.95 with shipping from discount contacts and $40.00 with 1800 for the same brand |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | it is sooooo worth it. i first got glasses when i was in first grade. got contacts in 7th grade to stop my eye sight from getting progressively worse. wore contacts up until 2006 i think and then got lasik. it was simply amazing to wake up that first morning and be able to see! its almost indescribable but if you've had glasses for almost your whole life then you'd know what i meant.
