| Last week, I visited my friend's house and they uses a stainless steel appliances. I like it. I think it's a really modern look. They had beautiful cherry cabinets and it looked really great with the stainless steel. It is like a restaurant look. |

| I have GE Profile series too (except for dishwasher which is sears) and LOVE it but mine is white. My kitchen seemed a little dark so I wanted to lighten it up. I really wish I had gone with stainless. I spoke with a realtor and she says lot of people insist on stainless steel and don't want to look if the appliances are not SS. I think many equate it to more modern. I was thinking I might be able to get new ones before long but the GE Profile appliances just seem to last forever! My dishwasher also has the Stainless Steel interior. No odor -- I love it! I bought this one to replace a 20+ year old Sears dishwasher. That pretty well sold me on them!

| Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | We have the Frigidaire Gallery Series Range, Microwave and Dishwasher, our refrigerator is also frigidaire, but we purchased it 6 years ago when we moved in. It is all stainless steel, with stainless handles. It does spot easily, but I love the look of it. Got to work on getting the photos re-sized and I will repost. BTW, the dishwasher is the quietest I have EVER used, I have to look at the digital readout to make sure it was on. The "old" Hotpoint dishwasher that came with the house was so loud, it sounded like we had a hurricane in the kitchen, it blocked out all the noise from neighboring rooms it was so loud! |

Anyway, I spilled a bottle of stiffener I use for the bows down the front of the dishwasher. I wiped it up, but this stuff is extremely hard to get off once it dries. Sure enough when it did, i had little clear splatter marks all over that would not come off. I bought one of those microfiber cleaning pads that have the tiny nubs on it, saturated it with vinegar, and sat on the floor and scrubbed, and scrubbed. ALL of it came off. So, you might want to try a cheap, natural product first. I don't think you could do any harm to stainless besides scratch it, but I was not taking any chances on my brand new kitchen stuff!

| We ended up getting the Frigidaire Gallery, I love it! It doesn't show fingerprints like a lot of the stainless I've seen, I just love it!

I also like it has a long, separate tray besides the silverware rack that you can put things like bottle tops sink stoppers, long knives, things like that in. Nothing ever gets sucked down to the bottom of the dishwasher in this one!
