complete this da*ned client proposal

we did the first one in january, then revised it. well the prospective client came back (last week) and wants alllllllll this ridiculous detail. specificity beyond specificity. it's unreasonable. and, this means this guy is going to be high maintenance as a client. baaaaad feeling.

so what don't you WANNA do???????????????

Go to the dr's tomorrow. Have appt with ENT specialist for a catscan and talk to him about sinus infections. May tell me I have to have surgery. My boss is going to love that. I have been working there 6 yrs and I have had to have surgery I think on some part every year except when I broke my back. Same diff, had to be out 2 months that time.

I just don't wanna...

....do a thing but go home and be in my pajama pants right now. I'm tired. And dizzy today (I mean, not *normal-Ann-dizzy*, but actually dizzy/weird and it's bugging me).

Also? On my left eye? There is one upper lash that keeps sticking to one lower lash. Driving me CRAZY.

{And Susanne...proposals? Oh tell me about it. The right side of my brain goes wonky when I have to do proposals...they are just not me.}

That's what is weird - I actually woke up feeling disoriented and weird/dizzy. I felt so "off", that I didn't even drive today to work (road w/ hubs). I don't know what the deal was...maybe I dreamed I was at Disney all night, riding crazy rides, and my balance was off...? Just weird.

! I bet that just drove you batty, yes? I kept pulling at my lashes all day, trying to get them to stop being weird, but no, they were like magnets, stick stick stick - just annoying

. Left eye just red and angry now too. Nice.

I donwanna work! Wah! I need a vacation sooooooo bad, but I can't seem to think of anywhere I want to go. I mean, there are lots of places I'd love to go, but I can't seem to come up with a concrete plan. I'd loooooove to go to Hawaii again, but I don't want to go without Thor...

Anyway, I don't mind my job... I used to love it, now I like it okay. I make very good money, and I work at a super-flexible company, pretty much everything about it is good except that it is not something I'm passionate about anymore, and I need a vacation.

As incredibly nerdy as this is, I loveLoveLOVE to work in Microsoft Excel, and that's what I've been doing for a long time. I finally moved into more conventional programming (SQL Server), because the scope of the projects I wanted is bigger than what's possible in Excel. But the "neato" factor is gone. I know I'm good at what I do, I do it at a good place, etc, etc. I feel petulant and guilty for not being more appreciative at the same time.

? Have you ever taken Thor on a plane w/ you, btw? We take the boys in the cabin w/ us. I really love Hawaii too - I've been to Maui and the Big Island - I liked the Big Island more.

I hear you on not feeling passionate lately...I've been struggling w/ the same for quite a while and it can be really tough....and then you feel guilty for not being more grateful, I feel that as well.
