Who was the one who donated to Locks of Love?

My boyfriend had very long hair too. He just got it cut, not all off like a man cut, but shoulder length, and the salon said that they do the donating. He wanted it donated but it seemed like there should be more done than just the salon saying they will do it.

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who donate your hair. I am going through chemo now and am losing my hair. I know how devastating it is to lose your hair as an adult It has to be much harder on children. Thank you all for helping the kids.

when i was a senior in high school i got all my hair cut off.

it was past my butt and i got it cut off above my shoulders. the hairdresser was having the others come over and look and there were people in the mall stopping to watch - it was a LOT of hair!

now that i know about locks of love, i'm so annoyed that i didn't know about it then (and that nobody mentioned it)! i bet they just swept it up and put it into the trash! so sad...because i had never dyed it, permed it - nothing.

i feel guilty every time i hear the mention of locks of love. i think it's great you are doing that!
