| Teachers I need your help! For now I've taken a temporary position tutoring children. We're getting close to the end of the tutoring term and my kids are bored with the type of worksheets we work on. I'm hoping you experienced teachers out there would know of sites where I can get something different to help shake things up. I have a second grade girl I'm tutoring in math and an eighth grade ESL student that I'm tutoring in English. I can't make my own if I wanted to because the company I work for needs the worksheets to be "Teacher Approved" and since I'm not a teacher yet, I can't approve it! So, anyone have a website they'd like to share?

| I'll take anything! I only have two weeks tops with them and both the little girl and the boy are rolling their eyes at me. They're both improving, but they're bored.

| I'm a teacher and I've found a lot of great sites. I just "googled" them. Try to "google" Teacher Approved ESL English worksheets. Or google Second Grade Math Worksheets. You could even google "How to make English fun....or math fun." It's amazing what you'll find. You'll probably find a website for tutors that share advice with each other. Good luck |

| http://edhelper.com/ You can access some free activites here without having to sign up. This has some fun math for elementary student, puzzles, etc. The Florida Center for Reading Research Reading/Language arts activities with lots of research on ELL Activities for ESL/EFL Students (English Study) Activities for ESL/ELL Students! ELL Math Teacher Tools As 2Morkies said, the internet will be your best friend when looking for activities. I have a ton of sites marked at school but not here on this computer. The few I listed above are useful and some regulars I pull material from. |

| That site is really cute! Too bad I have no budget or would be reimbursed for anything. They pay late as it is!
